Silent Auction Starts Thursday, October 23rd at 2pm!

The HFN silent auction starts today! Browse over 70 items and start the bidding today. Don’t miss out on some amazing items donated by local businesses, fun class baskets, as well as Bagby family hosted parties you won’t want to miss. Items go fast so don’t wait to place your bid now!

Key Dates and Times to Remember

1. The silent auction will be hosted online starting at 2pm Thursday, October 23rd. 

2. All items will be on display in the front of school Thursdays & Friday from 2 - 3pm

3. All items will be displayed again during HFN from 4 - 7pm, outside of Room 9. 

4. Bidding will close at 7pm on Saturday, October 25th.

Q: How do I access the auction?

A: Use the following link or QR code to access the GalaBid website

Q: Do I need to register for GalaBid?

A: Yes, it is free to register and browse. No payment is needed unless you win. Go to GalaBid via the link or QR code above, click on the 'Register' button – Follow the instructions to complete registration.

Q: How long is the Auction open?

A: The 2025 HFN Silent Auction will be open from 2:00PM Thursday October 23 until 7:00PM Saturday October 25. 

Q: Where can I view auction items in person?

A: Auction items will be on display after school in front of Bagby starting Thursday (10/23) through Friday (10/24). They will be on display again during HFN in front of Room 9. 

Q: What kinds of items will I be able to bid on?

A: The 2025 HFN Silent Auction has an exciting variety of items, including exclusive fitness memberships, gift cards to your favorite dining spots, and tickets to sporting events, theater, and Bagby community events such as Birdies for Bagby and Casino Night.

Q: What is the “Voluntary contribution” when I go to check out?

A: This is suggested “donation” fee for using GalaBid that DOES NOT go to Bagby - feel free to manually enter “0” in to the amount

Q: My bid won! When can I pick up my items?

A: Winners will be able to pick up their items immediately upon auction close, until 8:00PM. They will also be available for pick up Sunday morning (10/26) from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. If you are unable to make it at those times, please email BagbySilentAuction@gmail.com to coordinate another pick up time.
